Since 1970 our law office exercises own professional activity in criminal law and in criminal procedure and it has collaborators and employees.
The core business of our law office is business criminal law, tax law and bankruptcy law; crimes against honour's right and libel by press; professional's and entrepreneur's criminal liability; sexual crimes, accident prevention and occupational safety law.

In her very long law activity Daria Pesce has also acquired a very full and complete knowledge in international criminal law: in fact she has been for six years President of the Criminal Commission of the International lawyer Association (U.I.A.) and at the present she is member of the International Lawyer Association (U.I.A.) and of the Italian Managing Committee of the International Lawyer Association (U.I.A.); she is also member of the International Jurists Association and of the International relationship Committee of the Milan bar Association; Vice-President of the "Centro Studi e Ricerca di Diritto Penale e dell'Economia" (Research and Study in white collar crimes).
